Title: Mobile App Redesign For ATH.ENA

Description: In an attempt to make the ATH.ENA ticketing app more accessible and user-friendly, we are preforming a complete app redesign.

Goals and Objectives: Currently the app is only available for Android users, and even the Android users are not using the app because it is more difficult to use then the physical ticket kiosks. This redesign will allow users on all phone types to use the app, and will be more accessible and user-friendly. This will allow more people to access the app and continue to use it over the physical ticket kiosks.

Audience: All age ranges of commuters, tourists, and parents. These people value saving time and money. Not all of them will speak Greek, or be familiar with Greece’s transportation/ticketing system.

Messaging and tone: We want the app to be friendly and approachable. New users should feel confident in their abilities to navigate the app. Non Greece natives should feel confident in their abilities to figure out the Greek ticket system.

Assets and Deliverables: The UI layouts of a minimum of 7 screens and include the following: Log-in, Home, Notifications, Scan card, Settings, Load Card, and Transactions. Additionally a prototype of these screens and how the app will function.
